Vice President – Global Investment Relations
Primary Responsibilities
- Lead all aspects of quarterly earnings calls, annual meetings, and investor calls — including executive scripts (CEO/CFO), press release drafting, financial modeling, Q&A preparation, and transcript approval.
- Manage investor-related materials, working closely with the CFO, financial reporting, and accounting teams on public disclosures such as the 10-K and proxy.
- Develop and maintain presentations and scripts for investors, conferences, road shows, corporate communications, and other investor-focused activities.
- Monitor and analyze shareholder mix and related dynamics.
- Partner with equity capital markets teams and legal counsel on NDAs, due diligence questionnaires, and other legal/transaction documentation.
- Provide timely investment and performance data and analysis to internal and external stakeholders.
- Support investor marketing strategy, collaborating with marketing to plan events, communications, and strengthen relationships with investors and analysts.
- Work with marketing to develop collateral designed for investor/analyst audiences as well as internal use.
- Participate in regular investor meetings and calls, respond to inquiries, and manage analyst estimates.
- Prepare ad hoc presentations for executives, including research summaries for the CEO, CFO, and other senior leaders.
- Monitor analyst estimates and price targets for accuracy, working with Finance to address discrepancies.
- Contribute to CEO and CFO presentations for the Board of Directors, Town Halls, Analyst Conferences, and other key events.
- Oversee and manage the company’s share buyback program.
- Build strong relationships with rating agencies, investors, and research analysts, while ensuring feedback is shared with internal stakeholders.
- Provide senior management with insights from investor discussions, as well as perspectives on industry and market developments.
- Act as the main point of contact and information bridge between the company and the investor community.
- Prepare content for and participate in client meetings when appropriate.
Qualifications & Expertise
- Strong ability to quickly understand and shape the company’s financial story, working directly with the CEO and CFO to deliver clear messaging to investors and analysts.
- Excellent writing skills are essential.
- Extensive experience supporting senior leadership in communicating company performance and strategy to investors, boards, and internal teams.
- End-to-end experience managing the quarterly earnings process, including consolidating business unit input and preparing materials for calls.
- Proven track record of developing and executing investor targeting programs.
- Prior experience serving as the main contact for analysts and investors, handling day-to-day inquiries.
- Demonstrated success during times of growth and/or transition.
- Strong executive presence, with the ability to communicate confidently across cultures and on a global stage.
- Skilled at monitoring industry trends and tracking competitor performance.
- Innovative thinker who challenges conventional approaches with fresh ideas and solutions.
- Able to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines, working across functions in a global, matrixed environment.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships across departments and with external stakeholders (investors, analysts, finance, marketing, legal, etc.).
- Results-driven and action-oriented, with the ability to translate broad goals into clear steps.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with sound judgment based on timely analysis.
- Solid understanding of industry trends and technologies.

Education & Experience
- 15+ years of experience in Investor Relations.
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
