Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Head of Sales to lead and scale a high-performing global sales team focused on Employer of Record (EOR) and international expansion services. This role is responsible for driving revenue growth, developing go-to-market strategies, and building long-term client relationships across multiple regions.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Leadership
- Lead, mentor, and grow a global sales team across multiple time zones.
- Set and execute sales targets, KPIs, and performance metrics aligned with company goals.
- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Strategic Growth
- Develop and implement sales strategies for EOR, global payroll, and entity setup services.
- Identify new market opportunities and expansion regions.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations to align sales efforts with broader business objectives.
Client Engagement
- Build and maintain relationships with enterprise clients, partners, and key stakeholders.
- Oversee complex deal negotiations and contract closures.
- Ensure a consultative sales approach that aligns with client needs and compliance requirements.
Operational Excellence
- Monitor sales pipeline, forecasting, and CRM hygiene.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform strategy.
- Report regularly to executive leadership on sales performance and growth initiatives.
Qualifications
- Proven experience leading international B2B sales teams, ideally in HR tech, SaaS, or global mobility.
- Deep understanding of EOR, global payroll, and international entity setup.
- Strong strategic thinking and execution skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership abilities.
- Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
Preferred Experience
- Familiarity with global compliance, labor laws, and cross-border employment.
- Experience selling to enterprise clients and managing long sales cycles.
- Multilingual capabilities or international work experience is a plus.
