Insurance Bilingual Agents
Our client, a leader in the insurance field, is looking for Bilingual Agents to join their Assistance Department.
If you have customer service experience and an advanced English level (B2 or higher), this is an excellent opportunity to be part of the team that supports travelers around the world.
Main Responsibilities
- Inform passengers about the resolution of their assistance and service status.
- Record and update case documentation in the system.
- Consult with the medical team regarding requested procedures.
Requirements
- High school, technical, technological, or professional degree
- At least 1 year of experience in similar roles
- Customer service background
- Advanced English (B2) – mandatory
Conditions
- Base salary: $2,850,000 COP
- 35 hours per week
- Two Days Off
- Performance bonus: up to 7.2%
- Cabify coverage on Sundays and holidays (6:00 a.m.–10:00 p.m.)
- 100% company-covered health insurance
- Meal allowance: approx. $140,000 COP
