We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced financial professional with a strong background in joint venture (JV) and partnership accounting. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring financial compliance and accuracy across our JV agreements and reporting processes.Key Responsibilities

• Review and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for accuracy and compliance with US GAAP and JV agreements.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure proper accounting treatment of partnership activities.
• Assist in the preparation of financial reports for senior leadership and JV partners.
• Support audits and ensure documentation aligns with regulatory and contractual requirements.
• Identify and implement process improvements within the finance department.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA preferred).
• 5–7 years of experience in partnership/JV accounting.
• Strong understanding of US GAAP and financial reporting standards.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in financial systems and Microsoft Excel.
