Job Summary

We are supporting one of our clients in the search for a proactive IT Infrastructure Administrator to manage and maintain their endpoint and cloud infrastructure. The role will focus on Microsoft Intune, Cloud PC, patch management, and overall endpoint security, ensuring systems are up to date, secure, and reliable.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and support Microsoft Intune for device enrollment, policy management, and compliance reporting.
• Oversee Cloud PC provisioning, configuration, and lifecycle management.
• Plan, test, and deploy patches and updates across endpoints and servers to maintain security and compliance.
• Monitor system health, performance, and security alerts; troubleshoot issues promptly.
• Maintain documentation for infrastructure configurations, processes, and procedures.
• Collaborate with IT teams to implement best practices for endpoint management, security, and operational efficiency.
• Support end users with device and connectivity issues related to managed endpoints.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune, Cloud PC (Windows 365), and patch management tools.
• Strong understanding of Windows OS, networking, Active Directory, and endpoint security principles.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience troubleshooting hardware, software, and connectivity issues in a corporate environment.
• Good documentation, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Endpoint Administrator) are a plus.
