Application Administrator – Collaboration Tools

We are seeking an Application Administrator on behalf of one of our clients to manage and support collaboration platforms, primarily Slack and Zoom, ensuring a smooth user experience, security, and compliance. This role will be responsible for user onboarding, configuration, integrations, and troubleshooting across enterprise collaboration tools.
Key Responsibilities
Administer Slack and Zoom environments, including user provisioning, permissions, and workspace configurations.
Manage integrations with other enterprise applications and ensure proper workflow automation.
Monitor usage, performance, and security alerts, resolving technical issues promptly.
Maintain documentation of system configurations, policies, and procedures.
Collaborate with IT and business teams to implement best practices, compliance policies, and adoption strategies.
Provide support and training to end users on Slack and Zoom features.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Hands-on experience with Slack and Zoom administration in an enterprise environment.
Familiarity with integrations, bots, and automation workflows within collaboration platforms.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills for SaaS applications.
Good documentation, communication, and collaboration skills.
Relevant certifications (e.g., Zoom Certified Administrator, Slack Admin Training) are a plus.
