Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive Application Administrator to manage and support the company’s collaboration tools ecosystem. This position is well-suited for a generalist who is eager to learn, take ownership of new platforms, and contribute to enhancing productivity and collaboration across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Provide support and administration for various collaboration platforms (e.g., Slack, Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Confluence), with the ability to learn additional tools as needed.
Assist with user onboarding, permission management, and tool configurations.
Troubleshoot technical issues and deliver timely support to end users.
Implement and maintain best practices, policies, and documentation for collaboration tools.
Work closely with IT, HR, and business teams to improve adoption, efficiency, and overall user experience.
Participate in pilot programs and tool rollouts, contributing ideas for process and productivity improvements.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Experience with at least one collaboration platform (Slack, Zoom, Teams, etc.) is preferred.
Strong willingness to learn new technologies and adapt to evolving business needs.
Solid problem-solving, documentation, and communication skills.
Team-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to supporting overall IT initiatives.
