We are seeking a Bilingual Call Center Agent to join our team in Bogotá. In this role, you will handle customer interactions. The ideal candidate is proactive, customer-focused, and able to communicate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements:
- English level B2 (spoken and written).
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a call center environment (sales, customer service, retention, or tech support).
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Must be based in Bogotá, Colombia (onsite position)
